These challenges populate the space-time continuum between the first draft and the final publication of this work and would not have been overcome were there not also friendships and alliances formed, promises kept, new humans raised, worlds imagined, words written, and one hopeful moon flyby achieved. Most writers could tell you about the endless trials that one or more of their stories endured and what inspired them to not give up before finding their readers.
